Healthcare Service Manager


POSITION DUTIES:


Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing, therapist, clerical service, maintenance and other personnel. Plan, implement and administer programs and services in a health care or medical facility, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of medical, nursing and physical plant staff. Monitor the use of diagnostic services, inpatients beds, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assess the need for additional staff, equipment, and services.



Minimum Requirements:


Master of Science Degree in any field; or Bachelor’s of Science Degree in any field plus five (5) years of related experience; Foreign Degree and/or work experience is accepted.



Days/Hours:


Full-time; M-F; 40 hours per week

Quality Care Assurance Manager

Position Duties:

Manage and monitor the quality improvement program of the facility. Manage ongoing, comprehensive, integrated company assessment of the quality and appropriateness of the care provided, including services provided under arrangement. Manage trend data collected to correct identified problems in collaboration with management and staff. Manage all service providers for effective interchange and coordination of healthcare services. Prepare annual quality improvement report as part of the annual evaluation of the facility.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Business or any related field; or Bachelors Degree in Business or any related field plus 5 years of related experience. Foreign degree and/or work experience equivalency is accepted.

Statistical Research Analyst

 

POSITION DUTIES:

 

Perform statistical research, forecasting, and creating optimization solutions. Evaluate sources of information and perform residual analysis. Present results of statistical analysis to management and interpret scenario analysis. Create applications to use for statistical modeling and graphic analysis, using statistical software. Implement quantitative and quality validation methods to assess model quality. Illustrate data graphically using S-Plus or R; Apply innovative mathematical approaches and adapt statistical modeling to solve specific problems in the healthcare industry. Create empirical models and perform multivariate regression and logistic regression using SAS programming. Use linear and nonlinear regression to dynamic time series modeling. Execute risk model validation process; review models for accuracy and develop risk analysis application based on historical, delta-normal analysis and Monte Carlo Simulation with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).



Educational / Experience Requirement:

 

Master's degree in Statistics plus one(1) year experience.
